Quick version: every parent gets a link that always shows their kid's
schedule -- no texts, no app, no login.
This is me trying to explain it simply.
Your Sunday night right now
Emma's mom
Are we still on for Monday 9:25?
Liam's dad
Which rink is Thursday at again?
Noah's mom
Did we switch to Main Rink this week?
You
Yes Mon is on, Liam is South Rink 4:15, Noah yes Main Rink this week
Eva's mom
Is group still at 10? Also do we owe for last Tuesday?
You
Let me check...
Multiply by 15-20 parents. Every week. The schedule didn't even change
-- they just have
nowhere to look it up.

What Emma's mom would see
She taps her bookmarked link. No login. No app download. Just this:
Coach Sarah
Emma's Sessions
Monday, Jan 20
9:00 - 9:30 AM
Main Rink -- Sheet A
Bring guards. Working on Lutz entry today.
Thursday, Jan 23
10:30 - 11:00 AM
South Rink
Spin combo focus. Bring both pairs.
Saturday, Jan 25
8:00 - 8:45 AM
Main Rink -- Sheet B
Group: edges and footwork. 10 min early.
^ that's the whole product
If something changes, the link updates automatically. If they need to
reschedule, they can send you a quick request through the link. You
approve or not -- you stay in control.

What changes for you
Before: answering the same texts from 20 parents
every week.
After: update your schedule once. Parents check their
link.

What this is NOT
x Not a booking tool -- parents can't grab
your time
x Not an app they have to download
x Not a club management system
x No accounts or logins for parents
Your schedule, a link, parents see it. That's all it does. On purpose.

I'm building this now and trying to sanity check if it's actually
useful or just sounds nice in my head.
Does this feel like something coaches would actually use? Or
would they still end up texting anyway?
Anything that feels off, confusing, or unnecessary -- I'd really want
to hear it.
